You handle technical troubleshooting, support participants, and ensure high-quality audio and video connections throughout the session.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">JOBDESCRIPTION <\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>Day to Day and Scope of activities:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Set up systems specifically for events<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Operate the videoconference hardware available at the European Parliament<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Set up and test mobile devices in coordination with Conference Technicians (for the connections with conference room)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Set up and test the videoconference studio before every planned conference<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist the studio participants and give them information on the use of the room and practical advice about conducting the session, as well as managing the touchscreen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Program, configure system, upgrade software release and adapt the configuration parameters accordingly with the instructions and at the request of the European Parliament<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organise and run demonstrations of the services provided \u2022 Provide the Team Manager with a good feedback on the work orders status<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Handle disruptions linked to the infrastructure or to external factors<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Execute the different back up accordingly to the procedures in place<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Update the technical documentation (data sheets) and the specialist documentation (operating procedures, etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform preventative measures to maintain the systems and corrective measures to restore the systems in optimum condition<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comply with the security and confidentiality policy defined by the European Parliament<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide the technical interface with the external operators and monitor their SLA<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To provide the technical interface with the European Parliament\u2019s other technical services<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Test all new software or upgrades following a \u201cMatrix\u201d and report<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Test with all Information Offices at least once per month<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Management of the multiport application<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Inventory of all equipment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assistance to the parlementary sessions in Strassbourg (after training)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\"><strong>PROFILE<\/strong><\/h6>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Education<\/strong>&nbsp;:<ul><li>A2 Degree in Communication\/Telecommunications\/Information Technologies or equivalent professional experienceITIL Certification : ITIL Foundation or Overview Vendor <\/li><\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Certifications and Commitment: Tandberg\/CISCO certification is a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Experience<\/strong>: \n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Minimum 5 years of experience in the videoconferencing industry In-depth and recent experience with: Implementation and servicing of corporate videoconferencing systems.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Company training: <\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Induction training including: \n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Security procedures<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Environmental overview<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>EP organisation and internal rules<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Soft skills<\/strong>: \n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Very good communication class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Linguistic skills: <\/strong>Excellent knowledge of French and English to the equivalent of the European Commission classification of B2 class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>UP-TO DATE KNOWLEDGE OF:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Knowledge of Tandberg\/CISCO videoconference system<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of LAN\/WAN IP network, H.323, H.320<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>As Build Documentation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Additional skills: <\/strong>\n<ul
